Inhouse Contract Lawyer

Our client, a worldwide lider SAP recruiter, is hiring an "Inhouse
Contract Lawyer" to work in Curitiba who will be working closely with
their team in Brazil.


Job description:

Draft and negotiate transaction documents, lead diligence teams and
support transition activities.
Advise and provide legal support on various corporate, services
rendering and labour regulations, as well as any general commercial
matters.
Drafting of Commercial Contracts such as services agreements,
international contracts, sales agreements, etc;
Consult with other members of the company´s legal team on matters
within identified scope of practice;
Additional projects, as needed; and
All other duties as assigned.

Profile:

Bachelor degree in Law from a top tier law school;
Licensed to practice law in Brazil;
2-5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
advising services rendering companies;
Ability to assist attorneys from other countries with legal opinions
and deal with inside staff;
Ability to deal with a young environment in a start up.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; and
Shall report to the Head of Legal in London.

Remuneration: R$5.000,00 - R$7.000,00 (depending on seniority) (CLT) + benefits.
